GOKO ROBOTIC LAWN MOWER LIMITED WARRANTY
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Goko Intelligent, LLC (“Goko”) warrants to the original purchaser that the Goko robotic lawn mower (the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the Product from Goko or an authorized Goko retailer.
2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
During the Warranty Period, Goko will, at its sole option and to the extent permitted by law, either repair or replace (with a new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent replacement product) any defective Product or component, free of charge for parts and labor. Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished, or remanufactured, and will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. This warranty covers normal residential use of the Product, including its robotic navigation system, electronic control units, motors (excluding wearable parts), and structural chassis.
3. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER (EXCLUSIONS)
This limited warranty does not cover and Goko shall not be liable for:

Consumable/Wearable Parts: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, cutting blades, wheels, and side brushes.

Battery Capacity: Any reduction in battery capacity or runtime resulting from normal degradation over time.

Damage from Use & Environment: Any damage resulting from: (a) accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or operation outside the Product’s specifications or user manual; (b) use of non-Goko accessories, parts, or consumables; (c) commercial, rental, or non-residential use; (d) exposure to extreme weather, fire, water (beyond its rated IPX rating), lightning, or other external causes.

Unauthorized Service: Defects or damage caused by service, repair, or modification by anyone other than Goko or a Goko-authorized service provider.

Cosmetic Issues: Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or discoloration, that does not impair the core functionality of the Product.

Acts Beyond Control: Damage caused by acts of God, such as floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

Software & Connectivity: Software issues unrelated to hardware defects. Fluctuations in wireless connectivity or GPS signal are not considered product defects.

Incidental/Consequential Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the Product, or damage to property (e.g., damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other objects not part of the Product).
4. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain service under this warranty, you must:

Register Your Product: Register your Product online at https://gokorobo.com/product-registration promptly after purchase.

Contact Customer Support: Within the Warranty Period, contact Goko Customer Service at service@gokorobo.com or via our support portal at https://gokorobo.com/support to describe the issue and initiate a warranty claim.

Provide Proof of Purchase: Provide a copy of your original dated sales receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Follow Troubleshooting: Follow Goko’s reasonable troubleshooting instructions, which may include software diagnostics or guided checks.

Ship the Product (If Required): If Goko determines that in-warranty repair or replacement is necessary and requires inspection of the Product, you may be required to ship the Product (or a specific component) to a Goko-designated service center, prepaid and properly packaged. Goko will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replacement Product to your address.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GOKO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF GOKO CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
GOKO’S TOTAL AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS WARRANTY OR THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ITSELF.
6. STATE/COUNTRY LAW RIGHTS
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. The terms of this warranty are not intended to affect or diminish your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. For example, some states in the USA do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
7. GENERAL TERMS
Goko reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty for future product purchases. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your Product. If any provision of this warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
